Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide product information to customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Enforce safety and SOP guidelines and maintain department organization.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, and product placement in the showroom.
• Process transactions and assist customers from greeting to checkout.
