Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist who will coach Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience by providing expert product information and service.

The role emphasizes leading training, maintaining accurate pricing and merchandising, operating the POS, and promoting the company’s core retail philosophy across a busy store environment. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse/store setting with safety-first practices and opportunities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service/sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and train product sales specialists to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure merchandise, pricing, and department organization
• Facilitate product knowledge and certifications
• Operate POS at checkout and handle returns per guidelines
• Promote core retail principles: People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing
• Communicate SOPs and safety procedures to associates
• Coordinate stock and showroom floor merchandising
• Assist customers with questions and product selections
