H&M Perry Crossing is seeking a Department Supervisor to support sales and profit goals and deliver the best customer experience in the department and store. You will lead a team, manage visual merchandising, and ensure operations, fitting room and checkout routines run smoothly while promoting loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, an analytical mindset, and a customer-centric approach to drive performance and teamwork in a fast-paced retail

Responsibilities

• Customer Sales & Profit: support omni-channel customer experience, visual/merchandising according to guidelines
• Fashion & Trend Awareness: stay current with fashion trends and brand knowledge
• Team & Development: share knowledge, collaborate with Visual Merchandiser team, give/receive feedback
• Retail Operations/ Visual & Commercial Execution: maintain clean sales floor, stock levels, BOH upkeep, open/close procedures
