Job summary

H&M is seeking a Department Supervisor to help achieve sales and profit goals while delivering the best customer experience in the department and store. You will work with the store team to ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and high-quality service across all customer touchpoints.

As a leader, you will drive omni-channel execution, promote loyalty initiatives, and maintain store operations including opening/closing, stock management, and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Support omni customer experience with visual and commercial presentation in line with global guidelines.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Open and close the store daily according to procedures.
• Ensure accurate routines in fitting room and at checkout, including transactions, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain stockroom and BOH areas, optimize stock levels and support allocation discussions.
