Job summary

You will lead with strong communication, manage operations, visuals and customer service, promote Hello Member and sustainability efforts, and collaborate with the Department Manager to seize commercial opportunities.

Compliance with brand standards and legal requirements is essential, as is open daily communication with the store team.

• Provide customer service across the store and promote products.
• Promote Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure fitting room and checkout routines, including returns and exchanges.
• Open and close the store daily.
