Job summary

H&M is seeking a Department Supervisor to drive the store’s sales and profits by delivering excellent customer experiences and ensuring visual and commercial standards. You will lead a team, develop talent, and partner with the Department Manager to seize opportunities while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

You will promote loyalty initiatives, maintain operations, and stay fashion-forward, delivering strong results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support omni customer experience and visual merchandising to meet store goals.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Lead and develop the store team; communicate clearly and motivate daily/weekly.
• Ensure accurate checkout, returns, exchanges, and adherence to routines.
• Open and close the store daily and maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Provide product knowledge and fashion awareness to customers.
