H&M in the United States is seeking a Department Supervisor to help achieve sales and profit goals while delivering the best customer experience in the department and store. You will work within legal requirements and follow H&M standards, policies, and procedures.

The role focuses on omni-channel customer experience, team leadership, and collaboration with the Store leadership to ensure operational excellence and strong product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support omni-channel customer experience and ensure visual, commercial presentation per global guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in customer interactions.
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with the Department Manager to act on them.
• Ensure customer service is provided in all store areas and promote products to customers.
• Promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Manage fitting room and checkout routines including transactions, returns and exchanges.
• Handle administrative routines for people and operations.
