Job summary

H&M is seeking a Department Supervisor to support Sales and Profit goals by delivering the Best Customer Experience in the department and store. You will lead with responsibility, ensure compliance with policies, and drive omni-channel initiatives.

The role focuses on customer service, visual merchandising, and daily store operations, including opening and closing the store and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the total OMNI customer experience in store with visual and commercial presentation following global guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities in the department and work with the Department Manager to act on them.
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and promote products to customers.
• Promote customer loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Manage fitting rooms and checkout routines, including transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Oversee admin routines for people and operations.
