Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Lead for Product Sales Specialists to ensure customers receive exceptional service and expert product information. This full-time role will oversee certifications and coaching to maintain knowledge across departments.

You will drive merchandising standards, pricing accuracy, and showroom presentation while guiding associates through product demonstrations and store operations. A strong emphasis on communication and multitasking is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with company values.
• Direct product sales specialists to ensure attentive customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Manage merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and create price tags.
