The role emphasizes classroom and on-floor coaching, certifications, and adherence to merchandising standards. The position requires strong communication, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year in customer service or sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing and department organization meet company standards.
• Coordinate certification courses and product knowledge training for staff.
• Greet customers, assist with questions, and process checkout and returns according to guidelines.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Operate safely and follow forklift certification protocols when required.
• Support inventory needs and accurate product placement.
