Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Supervisor to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers enjoy a positive shopping experience with expert product information.

You will lead certification courses and oversee merchandising, pricing, and department organization. You will greet customers, answer product questions, manage POS transactions, and coordinate checkout while adhering to safety and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process checkout and returns according to guidelines.
• Stock and tag displays; create price tags and signs.
• Present how-to classes to customers and maintain merchandising standards.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely fashion.
• Maintain safety practices including forklift certification where required.
