Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in healthcare, finances, or sales.
• 1+ years of experience in dental (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to Bellevue and Issaquah locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the patient charting process, prioritizing and reviewing charts for completeness.
• Courteously answer the telephone and interact professionally with patients.
• Greet all patients with a smile and a professional, courteous attitude.
• Manage the patient schedule, working with front and back-office staff to ensure workflow.
• Verify insurance coverage for planned treatment.
• Collect payment from patients and reconcile daily cash reports.
• Prepare patient prescriptions.
• Present treatment plans after calculating patient co-payments and insurance benefits.
• Educate patients about their treatment.
• Prepare and submit dental claims.
