Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Experience in healthcare, finances, or sales is preferred.
• Dental front desk exposure is a plus.
• Ability to organize and manage patient charts and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the patient charting process, prioritizing and reviewing charts for completeness.
• Courteously answer the telephone and interact professionally with patients.
• Greet all patients with a smile and a professional, courteous attitude.
• Manage the patient schedule, coordinating with front and back-office staff to ensure workflow.
• Verify insurance coverage for planned treatment.
• Collect payments from patients and reconcile daily cash reports.
• Prepare patient prescriptions.
• Present treatment plans after calculating patient co-pays and insurance benefits.
• Educating patients about their treatment.
• Prepare and submit dental claims.
