Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You’ll welcome patients, help with scheduling, and assist with financial arrangements for treatment.

Working Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, you’ll greet patients, verify insurance, schedule visits, and present payment options. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome.
• Guiding: Assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options.
• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
