Benco Dental in Spokane is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive sales of merchandise, equipment, technology and services. You will build lasting customer relationships, expand the client base, and deliver exceptional value through our portfolio of dental products and solutions.

This field-based role requires daily travel in the territory, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while aligning with a family-owned culture that has operated for 90+ years.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, with occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel and make regular face-to-face sales calls to maintain customer relationships and sales growth.
• Prospect to drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals; add new buying accounts and develop relationships.
• Lead sales activities with assigned customers and partner with them to build long-term relationships; collaborate with vendors.
• Participate in sales meetings, dental conventions, and training sessions as required.
• Identify client needs and leverage Benco offerings to deliver customer-first solutions.
• Stay updated on dental industry trends and product/service offerings.
• Use data tools for scheduling, presentations, and follow-up.
