Aufgaben

• Travel and make regular face-to-face sales calls to maintain customer relationships and sales business; lead sales activities with assigned customers and develop strategies to support goals.
• Prospect to drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals; add new buying accounts and develop new customer relationships; identify new business via cold calling and networking.
• Lead sales activities with assigned customers and partner with them to build long-term relationships; co-travel with equipment specialists and vendors; conduct TRA presentations; develop plans to meet personal and regional goals.
• Partner with vendor reps to learn about new products; participate in all sales meetings, dental conventions, team-building events and sales training as required.
• Identify business needs of clients and leverage Benco’s offering to assist them with a customer-first mantra.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our dental products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Stay updated on dental industry trends, market dynamics, and product offerings.
• Communicate effectively with regional teammates to achieve customer goals and resolve issues.
• Utilize technology and data tools for effective sales calls, opportunities, activity, presentations, and scheduling/follow-up.
• Participate in all sales meetings, dental conventions, team building events and sales training as required
• Identify business needs of clients, and leverage Benco’s offering to assist them with a customer-first mantra
• Engage in continuous education and learning to become well versed on Benco’s product offering and up to date on the dental industry
