Job summary

Benco Dental, a nationwide family-owned dental distributor, seeks a Territory Sales Representative to grow merchandise, equipment, and services across assigned regions. You will cultivate customer relationships, deliver product solutions, and collaborate with vendors to meet sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience.
• Own a dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel daily within assigned territory.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Travel and perform regular face-to-face sales calls to maintain customer relationships and sales growth.
• Prospect to drive growth and develop new accounts.
• Lead sales activities with assigned customers and partner with vendors.
• Collaborate with equipment specialists to uncover opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings, conventions, and training.
• Use data tools to schedule, present, and follow up.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Benco products and services.
• Build long-term customer partnerships to enhance the customer experience.
