Job summary

Nobel Biocare is seeking a Territory Representative to drive sales in dental clinics and laboratories across the Montgomery, AL area. You will develop and execute a sales plan, analyze territory performance, and maintain strong client relationships while promoting Nobel Biocare products and services.

The role requires 3+ years in dental or medical device sales, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and the ability to travel and drive. Car allowance and mileage reimbursement through Motus are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of achievement-oriented sales experience or similar, preferably in the medical device or dental field; implant experience is a plus.
• Ability to drive a car is an essential function; car allowance and mileage reimbursement through Motus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers; present products, solutions and services.
• Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends; plan activity to meet sales goals.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services; promote marketing activities.
• Identify and contact prospective customers; develop strategies to convert them from competitors.
• Develop relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
• Maintain accurate customer files for sharing within the local organization.
• Report product issues or potential losses to management and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay informed on products, clinical studies, and competitive activity to inform tactics.
• Establish and maintain travel schedules and efficient routing within the territory.
