Job summary

You will maintain regular contact with customers, identify new opportunities, analyze territory trends, and participate in trade shows and company meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of achievement-oriented sales experience (Nobel Biocare or equivalent).
• Ability to drive a car and travel as part of the role.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers, assess their needs and present products and services.
• Analyze and plan sales activity to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and convert prospective customers from competition to Nobel Biocare offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
• Maintain accurate customer files and records for internal sharing.
• Report product issues or competitive movements to management.
• Stay informed on products, technologies and clinical studies to inform strategies.
• Travel and manage territory within budget; complete administrative tasks timely.
• Participate in trade shows and company meetings as appropriate.
