Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers; present appropriate products, solutions and services.
• Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends; plan sales activity to meet sales goals.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with products, solutions and services.
• Identify and pursue prospective customers; develop strategies to convert competitors' customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key influential thought leaders to expand market share.
• Maintain up-to-date customer files and records accessible to the local organization.
• Report product issues or potential loss of key customers to management.
• Stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, and competition to guide sales strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures and implement them at territory level.
• Establish and maintain a travel schedule to ensure consistent customer contact; follow a logical routing plan.
• Manage territory within allocated expense budget.
• Complete all administrative paperwork timely.
• Participate in trade shows and meetings; support Yorba Linda education programs when customers attend.
