Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation invites applicants for a Territory Representative role focused on Nobel Biocare products. You will drive sales in dental clinics and laboratories within a defined territory, building relationships and executing strategic plans to exceed monthly and annual goals.

The position requires 3+ years of sales experience in medical/dental devices, strong communication, and the ability to travel; living in or near Tallahassee, FL is preferred. A car allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of achievement-oriented sales experience or similar, preferably in the medical device or dental field; implant experience is a plus.
• Ability to drive a car is an essential function of the position offered; car allowance and mileage reimbursement through Motus.
• PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Digest/understand and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information; strong sales skills; excellent communication; basic to intermediate computer skills.
• TERRITORY: Territory includes Pensacola to Tallahassee, North to Valdosta GA; ideal candidate should live in Tallahassee, FL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers.
• Present appropriate products, solutions and services to customers.
• Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends.
• Plan sales activity to meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
• Identify prospective customers and develop strategies to convert competitors’ customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
• Maintain accurate customer files accessible within the organization.
• Report product issues or competitive activity to management.
• Stay informed on products, technologies, and industry trends to shape sales strategies.
• Understand and implement company policies at territory level.
• Establish and maintain a travel schedule for customer contact.
• Manage territory within budget; complete administrative tasks on time.
• Participate in trade shows and company meetings as appropriate.
• Support Yorba Linda education programs when needed.
