Job summary

Boston Children’s Hospital in Brookline, MA, is seeking a Specialty Program Coordinator to optimize schedules for Endodontics, Sedation, Periodontics and Prosthodontics. The role supports referrals, estimates and collections within a high-volume clinical setting.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, with Epic scheduling experience. This hybrid, full-time position runs 8:00 AM–4:30 PM at 2 Brookline Place, with training before hybrid work begins.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Team player but able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee scheduling for Endodontics, Sedation, Periodontics and Prosthodontics.
• Prepare and submit accurate dental estimates; track status with insurance and patients.
• Follow billing/collections workflows and document activities in Epic.
• Review and triage incoming new patient referrals and register patients.
