You will schedule appointments, register patients, verify insurance, and act as the primary liaison between families and clinicians, ensuring smooth care coordination and timely communication in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with dental and/or oral surgery preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic customer service and computer skills.
• Ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies.
• Demonstrates the ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor physicians' clinical, operative, meeting, and personal schedules.
• Schedule and register patients for visits and procedures; update demographics and insurance information.
• Liaison between physicians and patient families; address issues and route calls.
• Coordinate care and communicate the plan to families.
• Prepare charts for clinics; verify insurance and obtain referrals.
• Handle patient correspondence and administrative tasks.
