The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dental experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental experience preferred.
• Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans recommended by doctors.
• Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements.
• Coordinate scheduling for restorative, specialty, and follow-up treatment.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage.
• Support treatment acceptance through clear communication and patient education.
• Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment needs.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience.
• Support office goals related to patient retention and treatment completion.
