Santa Monica LiveWell Dentistry, a patient-centered family practice in Santa Monica, seeks an experienced operations leader to scale the business and elevate financial and operational performance. You will partner with owners to drive P&L, optimize revenue, and develop scalable systems.

Key duties include building high-performing teams, creating SOPs, improving scheduling and patient flow, and advancing the patient experience as the practice grows in a competitive market.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years dental practice management or healthcare operations
• Proven track record driving financial performance and operational excellence
• Deep understanding of dental metrics, insurance, and PM software
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence

• Drive P&L management, overhead control, and revenue optimization
• Analyze production, collections, and KPIs to inform strategic decisions
• Manage budgets, A/R, and maximize insurance reimbursements
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
