Job summary

Shared Practices Group is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to lead revenue growth and the patient experience across our dental practices. You will coach teams, drive daily performance, and manage operations to ensure exceptional care and profitability.

In this role, you will own the pace of collections, oversee KPIs, and partner with Smile Consultants to hit monthly targets while guiding staff development and ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership or sales-focused role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and coach performance.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Dental knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth: Own daily pacing, monitor monthly AP, plan callbacks with the Smile Consultant, drive upgrade performance, lead morning huddles, celebrate wins and close gaps.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, implement policies, track KPIs, support inventory and ordering.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach staff, schedule coverage, conduct reviews, foster accountability and high energy.
• Patient Experience: Ensure exceptional service from first contact through post-treatment, manage patient records and flow.
• Financial Management: Oversee collections, manage accounts receivable/payable, monitor expenses and closings.
