Empower Dental Group in Southern California is expanding and seeking a dynamic dental practice operations leader to help grow our network. You will oversee patient experience, scheduling, billing, and team collaboration to deliver consistent, high-quality care across seven practices.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, requiring strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance processes, and third‑party financing options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in dental practice management.
• Clinical experience in dentistry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the California Dental Practice Act and DHBC regulations.
• Strong understanding of third-party financing options (e.g., CareCredit).
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Open Dental).

Responsibilities

• Review and present treatment plans clearly and compassionately, explaining benefits and risks.
• Coordinate insurance benefits, pre-authorizations, and patient payments.
• Lead daily team huddles and supervise staff; participate in hiring and evaluations.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and office operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CDA, and safety standards.
