As the direct partner with owners, you will shape strategic initiatives, optimize scheduling and workflows, manage budgets, and build high‑performing teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in dental practice management or healthcare operations.
• Proven track record in financial performance and operations.
• Strong understanding of dental metrics, insurance, and PM software.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence.

Responsabilidades

• Drive P&L management, overhead control, and revenue optimization.
• Analyze production, collections, and KPIs to inform strategy.
• Manage budgets, A/R and maximize reimbursements.
• Optimize scheduling, patient flow, and case acceptance.
• Partner with doctors on expansion planning and practice development.
