Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of leadership or sales-focused role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and coach performance.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Dental knowledge is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily sales and revenue growth initiatives, coaching team to meet targets.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure patient satisfaction.

• Oversee patient experience from consultation to post-treatment and address concerns.
