As the direct partner with owners, you will shape strategic initiatives, optimize scheduling and workflows, manage budgets, and build high‑performing teams.

What You'll Own

Financial Leadership

• Drive P&L management, overhead control, and revenue optimization
• Analyze production, collections, and KPIs to inform strategic decisions
• Manage budgets, A/R, and maximize insurance reimbursementsTeam Excellence
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
• Build training programs and performance evaluation systems
• Create bonus structures that reward excellence
• Foster a culture of servant leadership

Operational Systems

• Optimize scheduling, patient flow, and case acceptance
• Develop SOPs for consistency across all functions
• Drive phone conversion, treatment acceptance, and recall effectiveness
• Manage vendor relationships and technology optimizationPatient Experience & Growth
