Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or healthcare leadership (3+ years).
• Ability to work 5 days every week.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data for strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in leading teams and inspiring performance.
• Experience managing the full revenue cycle including insurance, billing, and collections.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic liaison between the practice and support center to align priorities and drive success.
• Collaborate with the owner doctor and regional support to implement growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities to expand services, improve access, and drive production and collections.
• Leverage data insights to inform decision-making and long-term planning.
• Hire, train, and develop all practice staff; lead meetings and foster growth mindset.
• Own front desk operations, scheduling, insurance verification, billing accuracy, and collections.
