Job summary

Shared Practices Group is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to lead daily performance, coach teams, and own the patient experience from first call to final outcome. This role blends sales strategy, performance coaching, and operational leadership with responsibility for meeting monthly revenue targets.

You will drive patient satisfaction, oversee office operations, and guide a dental team toward profitability while maintaining compliance and a culture of ownership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership or sales-focused role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and coach performance.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Dental knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily pacing sheet and ensure daily collections targets are met.
• Monitor monthly accounts payable and identify production gaps and opportunities.
• Plan daily callbacks with Smile Consultant and track conversions.
• Coach consult strategy to boost upgrade opportunities and handle morning huddles.
• Lead the team to maintain patient experience, compliance, and accountability.
• Oversee collections, manage P&L, and monitor expenses with cost-effective solutions.
