Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead and optimize daily operations across supported dental offices. You will partner with Doctors and teams to implement goals, trainings, and performance metrics while driving a culture of service, learning, and patient-first care.

The role emphasizes leadership, project coordination, and collaboration with recruitment and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required or 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and coaching abilities.
• Trustworthy with patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and achieve PMO training goals.
• Develop annual top 10 business goals and personal development goals.
• Lead through servant leadership with Doctors and teams.
• Support Doctor-led, Hygiene-driven, operations focus through meetings and daily huddles.
• Onboard new team members with recruiting and support office.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and effective communication.
