Heartland Dental, in conjunction with Tymber Creek Dental Care, seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to partner with the Doctor to drive leadership, training, and strategic goals. You will lead a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care and business performance.

Qualifications

• Associatedegree or Bachelors degree.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams through servant leadership.
• Coordinate with Doctors to align schedules and CE opportunities.
• Onboard new team members with recruiting and support office.
