Job summary

Heartland Dental’s Brighton Park Dental Care is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead business partner activities for a supported dental office. You will guide teams, align with doctors on top goals, and foster a patient-first culture within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO Training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus through meetings and huddles.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and proper selection team.
• Successfully onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
