Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC, through Northgate Family Dental in Peoria, IL, seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team and lead operational excellence. You will partner with the Doctor and team to advance patient care, drive goals, and foster a culture of learning and camaraderie.

You will guide daily operations, support scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development, while promoting our core values and patient-first approach across the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and trends, and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals (5 technical, 5 commitment, 6 personality).
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Lead and support daily huddles, weekly touchpoints and monthly meetings to align with practice goals.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and proper selection team within the practice.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office; support training growth.
