Job summary

Heartland Dental seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team and partner with Doctors to guide and support their offices. This role emphasizes servant leadership, professional development, and strong team collaboration to deliver exceptional patient care across supported practices.

The PMO will drive training programs, align goals with doctors, and focus on growth opportunities for the team while maintaining a patient-first culture within a fast-paced dental environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and develop effective solutions and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Support Doctor leadership through meetings and daily touchpoints to ensure alignment.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
