Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team. You will lead with a servant leadership approach, aligning doctors and teams to achieve top goals and drive operational excellence.

As the Practice Manager of Operations, you’ll oversee onboarding, training partnerships, and ongoing team development to deliver exceptional patient care and business results across supported offices.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus philosophy through meetings and huddles.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and proper selection within the practice.
