Job summary

This role emphasizes training, goal setting, financial planning, and workforce development; you’ll mentor staff, support recruiting and onboarding, and ensure consistent, high-quality patient experiences across the practice.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional office or related setting.
• Excellent communication, teaching, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify trends and implement solutions.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop annual top 10 business goals and personal development goals.
• Align Doctors and teams through servant leadership and regular meetings.
• Onboard new team members and support recruiting with the office.
• Collaborate with Doctors on scheduling, education and performance metrics.
