Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Atlantic Family Dental, a supported Heartland office. You will partner with the Doctor to drive performance, implement PMO training, and guide the team toward delivering outstanding patient care.

In this role you’ll set annual and personal development goals, lead through daily huddles, and manage onboarding from recruiting to integration, while supporting financial and operational targets across the practice.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Master the PMO role by completing PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Lead with regular meetings and morning huddles to drive alignment.
• Support Doctor-led, hygiene-driven operations with quarterly and annual financial goals.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and recruiting partnerships.
• Plan CE and leadership development for team growth.
