Heartland Dental’s Dental Care at Springbrook in Clayton, NC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead office operations and partner with the Doctor to deliver exceptional patient care.

The PMO will drive strategic goals, coach teams, oversee daily huddles, and ensure financial and patient-care objectives are met, while upholding Heartland's values and supported practice standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience.
• Fast-paced, customer-centric environment experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual business goals and personal development plans.
• Align Doctors and teams through servant leadership and regular huddles.
• Partner with Doctors to prioritize, plan and monitor performance and growth.
• Onboard new team members and support recruitment and training partnerships.
