Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Dental Care at Cosby Village in Chesterfield, VA. You will partner with Doctors to align goals, lead daily huddles, and drive top 10 business objectives while mentoring a growing team dedicated to exceptional patient care.

As PMO, you’ll participate in leadership development, manage performance through regular meetings, and ensure efficient office operations, including training and onboarding new team members, benefiting from

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a professional field and 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify trends, and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy with patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Strive towards mastery of PMO role by prioritizing and completing PMO Training.
• Develop annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus through regular meetings and morning huddles.
• Create alignment with doctors through daily one-on-ones, morning huddles, and weekly touch points.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and proper selection team.
• Successfully onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
• Support training planning through Core Essentials and beyond for growth in roles.
