Job summary

Dental Care at Cosby Village is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join the Heartland Dental family. You will partner with the Doctor and lead a team to deliver exceptional patient care while driving practice performance through servant leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of leadership in professional settings, strong communication, and a track record of developing teams. This full‑time, on‑site role includes growth opportunities and a focus on patient care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Strive towards mastery of the PMO role through training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure doctors and teams' goals are achieved through servant leadership.
• Support governance and conduct regular leader meetings and morning huddles.
• Coordinate with doctors to align priorities and monitor progress on quarterly and annual financial goals.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support offices.
