Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join Neibauer Dental Care in Chantilly. The PMO will partner with the Doctor to guide daily operations, focus on patient care, and drive staff development and practice growth.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, achievement of top practice goals, and regular alignment with the Doctor on scheduling, training and financial planning. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify trends and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align office operations with Doctor leadership and clinic goals.
• Facilitate weekly huddles, monthly meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Partner with Doctors to prioritize scheduling, CE planning and performance metrics.
• Support recruitment onboarding and team development through Core Essentials and growth plans.
• Monitor practice metrics and collaborate on annual and quarterly financial goals.
