Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Strong communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align Doctors and teams to achieve top goals through servant leadership.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills and plan staffing and training.
• Onboard new team members and coordinate recruitment with support office.
• Promote weekly huddles, monthly meetings and consistent communication.
