East Broad Family Dentistry, Reynoldsburg, OH, is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead and optimize day-to-day practice performance. The PMO partners with the Doctor, drives leadership development, and aligns team efforts with the practice’s strategic Top 10 goals.

You will oversee training, scheduling, onboarding, and performance initiatives, while maintaining patient-first care and strong team collaboration.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years leadership experience in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking or medical setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy and maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and master PMO training to build technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Set annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals (5 technical, 5 commitment, 6 personality).
• Ensure goals of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Lead leadership trainings and regular meetings to drive alignment and performance.
• Support Doctor-led, hygiene-driven operations through regular meetings, huddles and synergy sessions.
• Prioritize team efforts to help Doctors achieve Top 10 professional goals.
• Collaborate with doctors to align schedules and development opportunities.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and assist in recruitment.
• Onboard new team members through recruiting partnerships and internal support.
• Guide team training through Core Essentials and beyond to promote growth.
