Family Dental Health is seeking an outgoing Practice Manager to work closely with doctors and staff, ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. The role emphasizes communication, problem solving, and adherence to SOPs to support patient care.

The PM position, described as a quarterback, focuses on leading teams, resolving conflicts, scheduling for peak productivity, coordinating training, and monitoring office metrics to drive continuous improvement for our patients and staff.

Qualificações

• Functions include but are not limited to the following: oversee interoffice communications with respectful problem solving; resolve conflicts among team members quickly and fairly; enforce company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and SOP manual; schedule staff for maximum efficiency and productivity; identify training needs and coordinate with Director of Training; track office statistics via reports and FDH website, identifying trends.

• Resolve conflict among team members quickly and fairly.
• Consistently and fairly implement and enforce all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and SOP manual.
• Schedule staff work times for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Recognize training needs and coordinate with Director of Training.
• Track office statistics by using FDH website, reviewing and analyzing reports, summarizing information; identifying trends.
