Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align Doctor and team goals with servant leadership.
• Support recruitment partnerships and onboarding of new staff.
• Develop and monitor annual top 10 business goals and personal development plans.
• Facilitate regular team huddles, meetings, and quarterly financial planning with the Doctor.
