Job summary

Reservoir Commons Dental Associates in Mansfield Center seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team. You will act as a trusted business partner to the Doctor, guiding team activities and leading initiatives that enhance patient care and office performance.

Heartland Dental supports growth with leadership training, shared goals, and collaborative meetings. You’ll help align daily operations with the practice’s top priorities while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment, and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals (5 technical, 5 commitment, 6 personality).
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams through servant leadership.
• Support Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus through meetings and huddles.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and proper selection team within the practice.
