Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual business and personal development goals.
• Support Doctor-led, hygiene-driven operations through meetings and huddles.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and growth.
• Onboard new team members and drive training through Core Essentials and beyond.
